AISportage Return Policy
Any unused item can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for the shipping charges and preventing the product from being destroyed in transit.
1. Begin by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm your order number and approve the return.
2. Write your order number on the shipping box.
3. Send it back. We’ll credit your card when it arrives.
We are more than happy to assist you with exchanges of unused products. Follow the same process for returns but let us know the size and color that you would like to exchange for.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping when returning or exchanging an item.
The AISportage Tracking unit is covered by a one year manufactures warranty, against product defects.
1.Begin by sending us an email at email@example.com describing your issue or call customer service at 1.902.702.0379. Include pictures of the product, or screenshots of the problem if possible.
2. Arrange for return shipping with customer service.
3. After reviving your defective unit, we will ship you a new tracking unit.
